Part three of our Inclusion 360 – A Northern Perspective series exploring how to create an effective onboarding process and build a sense of inclusion from the start.
The benefits of a good process are persuasive: increased productivity, more effective relationships, reduced staff turnover and avoiding wasted costs by ensuring individual aspirations, values and motivations match the reality and expectations built up during the selection process.
