The benefits of a good process are persuasive: increased productivity, more effective relationships, reduced staff turnover and avoiding wasted costs by ensuring individual aspirations, values and motivations match the reality and expectations built up during the selection process.

Facilitated by Rachael Hanley-Browne, Head of Leadership Consulting at Harvey Nash, this will be an opportunity to discuss common challenges in the onboarding of new staff and strategies for retention.
